About the job

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support and care for an 11-year-old nonverbal autistic boy. The PCA will assist with daily routines, promote independence, ensure safety, and help foster an engaging and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, caring, and able to adapt to the unique needs of the child. We are thinking morning hours 2-5 days a week (hours can be workshopped). Disclaimer: He is not fully potty trained and is an eloper (runs away).
