Excelsior - P17023 Location: Excelsior MN Schedule: Full time: M-Th 7:30am-5:30 p.m. (some flex) Start: July 2025 Children: 2 children ages 2 years and 2 weeks Salary: $25-$27/Hour We are a warm, family-oriented household seeking a full-time nanny to join our growing family of four. As two working parents, we deeply value creating a nurturing, engaging, and healthy environment for our children-and we're looking for a nanny who shares those same values and is excited about building a long-term relationship with our family. What We're Looking For - A kind, responsible, and experienced caregiver who prioritizes early childhood development, healthy habits, and enriching experiences. - A strong commitment to screen-free, play-based learning with a focus on spending time outdoors, encouraging imagination, and supporting emotional and cognitive development. - Someone who values and supports a healthy lifestyle, including preparing simple, homemade meals for the children. - Flexibility to travel with us occasionally when schedules align-this is a bonus, not a requirement. - A dependable and communicative partner in care who is comfortable with a hybrid work environment (some days with both parents at work, some with one at home). - We are open to either a 4-day or 5-day workweek, totaling around 40 hours/week. - While experience is valued, we're most focused on finding someone with the right character and approach.
