About the job

We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children in Midland: ages 3. 5, 2, and less than 1 year. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, has their own car, and who is CPR certified (or is willing to take a class). In addition to providing for care and safety, a preferred candidate would enjoy playing with the children for part of the day, talk to the baby, and encourage the older children to learn skills that foster independence and responsibility as suitable for their ages (ex: cleaning up; putting on own clothes / shoes.) PTO is provided when the family is out of town, typically 3-4 weeks a year, in addition to 1 week of PTO at your discretion, as well as common holidays and 3 paid sick days per year. Expect about 40 hours a week with occasional opportunities for overtime.
