About the job

Ann Arbor family needs caring, fun long-term nanny! Must love kids! Must be reliable and patient we will hopefully have this person with us for many years. Pay starts at $30/hour.* Minimum 30 hours per week. May be more depending on individual. We have 3 well behaved kids (ages 7, 5, and 20 months). Some home management tasks will be required, such as light house keeping and meal prep. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1.) Must have reliable car to drive children in 2.) Must live within 30 minutes of Northwest Ann Arbor. 3.) Must be able to be fun and "present" when with the children (no sitting on phone) 4.) Must be a great communicator 5.) Must have a degree in childhood education AND/OR extensive nanny experience. 6.) Must be able to watch 3 children at once. 7.) *Must be willing to be paid "above board" in accordance with IRS regulations.
