Ann Arbor family needs a nanny. Must love kids! -- Must have reliable car to drive children in -- Must being able to be fun and "present" when with the children -- Must be a great communicator -- Must be able to occasionally help with some house management and errands -- Must be available on a LONG TERM basis (ideally will be with us for many years) -- Must have nanny experience -- Childhood education background a bonus ABOUT THE JOB: -- Amount of hours will depend on the individual and their abilities and experience. Minimum 30 hours a week. Can go higher depending on the individual. -- Pay would start at $25 an hour, and can go higher depending on the individual's education and experience. -- All pay will be above provided above board, meaning we will pay employer taxes, and issue a W2 at the end of the year.
