About the job

Two loving, hands-on parents are looking for a warm, loving and caring nanny to care primarily for their 6-month-old baby boy. Mom is a stay home and will be helping/working alongside the nanny to handle the children and household tasks. The older girls are in school full time, from 8a-3p and when home, it's only light supervision and help with homework. The main focus is the baby. Mother is expecting their 4th child in January 2026, then the nanny will help mom with both, the baby and newborn. For July 14th, 2025 - January 14th, 2026, the schedule will be Monday through Friday from 1pm-6 p.m. (25 hours total guaranteed). For January 14th, 2026 - July 14th, 2026, the schedule will increase from 25 hours weekly to 60 hours weekly guaranteed. Monday through Friday from 7am-7 p.m. Family requires flexibility and willingness to work extra hours if needed. Nanny also need to be willing to travel with the family sometimes. Family requires a long term, minimum of 1 - 2 years. Responsibilities: Primary care for a 6-month-old baby boy, including bathing, prep bottles/bottle feeding, playing, reading books, outside walks, helping him reach his future milestones. Light supervision of older children when home and assist with homework. Household management tasks, including: Emptying garbage/take trash out, emptying the dishwasher, and general tidying Clean up after the children. Meal prep/cooking for the family (children and parents). Laundry for the family (children and parents). Preparing lunchboxes and filling water bottles for school. Assisting with homework supervision. Drive children to activities and appointments. Support mom with physical tasks like lifting, organizing, and running errands (after giving birth in January). Ideal Candidate: Highly organized, proactive, and physically fit to assist with daily tasks. Comfortable taking initiative to maintain household routines. Flexible with schedules and willing to assist during busy family times. Clean, detail-oriented, and reliable.
