We're looking to fill 2 care positions. First position: night nurse after the baby is born (8/3/2025 due date). We expect the shift to be 8-10 hours, 2-5 days a week. We'd gradually need less help after the baby is sleep trained. We're looking for someone who can be flexible as our baby's needs change- our baby isn't here yet and we're first-time parents, so we do not know how much help we'll need. Second position: When I return to work in December 2025, we will need a daytime nanny from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday- Friday. We'd like to know the following as to the first position: what's your approach to sleep training? How many newborns have you provided overnight care to? What's your formal and informal training that makes you a good fit for this position? Do you work with an agency or have backup care if you're unavailable?
