About the job

In need of nanny/babysitter for 8+ hrs a week General challenges: Delay in speech and social interaction Does not talk as much as others her age Does not follow instructions/cooperate in group settings Doesnt express as often as she is able she screams when she is uncomfortable Still doesnt make consistent eye contact but has improved Has trouble focusing/paying attention for long periods of time Used to have anxiety when others were around but has drastically improved Sleeps late and has a hard time getting up, gets upset and has trouble transitioning to normal in the morning Cannot be left unattended for long periods of time Physically very active and begins to climb things and run when outside and doesnt understand the dangers of the street, etc. Compulsive snacking when she is in a kitchen or has access to food/snacks she likes
