About the job

We're looking to have someone who is local to start as soon as possible to come to the house 2x a week (preferably Monday and Tuesday, 4PM-6PM). We are looking for someone who is motivated to engage with my kiddo (2. 5 years) old. The person should be confident to engage with the child to help with language development. Someone who is kind, caring and genuinely interested in helping my kiddo go further. Would love someone with a laid back personality who is calm, and patient. We are only looking for 2 days a week, 2 hours each day. Please note that for the right person, we are willing to go up to $30 an hour but this would be after the initial trial phase the first week to make sure it is a good fit for both parties (paid also, $20/hour).
