We value open communication, consistency, and nurturing support as we raise our little one in a calm, structured environment Responsibilities: Provide attentive, responsive, and developmentally appropriate care Maintain a consistent feeding, diapering, and nap schedule Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities that encourage growth and development (tummy time, sensory play, reading, etc.) Monitor and record babys daily activities and milestones Light housekeeping related to the baby (bottle washing, baby laundry, tidying play areas) Follow family routines and preferences for care Ideal Candidate: At least 3+ years of professional nanny experience, preferably with infants under 1 year CPR and First Aid certifi
