About the job

We are looking for a loving, experienced, and reliable full-time nanny to stay with us long term and care for our sweet and curious 1. 5-year-old son, and help with our 4-year-old (in pre-school most of the day). We follow a respectful, connection-based parenting approach and value emotional development. Hours: MF 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Start date: August 18 (somewhat flexible). Competitive rates paid via payroll (W2 with taxes withheld); guaranteed hours, PTO, paid holidays, and sick time. Responsibilities: - Engaging, developmentally appropriate care for our toddler - Picking up our 4-year-old from school (walking distance) and helping care for him at the end of the day and during school breaks (occasional drop-offs) - Child-related household tasks Non-smoker, infant CPR certified, fully vaccinated, and able to provide references.
