Must Have: - Strictly doesnt consume alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, or any other drugs! - 5+ years of experience with at least 2 toddlers aged 1 - 3 years. - Prior experience with newborns is appreciated. - Experience managing teething and toddler tantrums. - Bachelors degree. - Strengths in potty training, self-feeding, healthy meals, reading, play, and outdoor walks & activities. - Punctuality, communication, reliability, and love for the baby are essential. - References: Able to provide references from at least 2 families whose toddlers received care for 2 - 3 years. - Lives within 30 mins & works Monday to Friday: 9 30 a.m. to 5 30 p.m. Nice to Have: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a toddler daycare. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a preschool. - 2+ years experience with young children aged 3 - 5 years.
