About the job

We are a warm, spirited family looking to expand our childcare team for our 5yo & 8yos (and labradoodle)! We live near the Arlington Reservoir. Our ideal family helpers can be playful & silly with the kids, are genuinely fascinated by how little-kid brains work, can tolerate a lot of Taylor Swift, and are compulsively on-time for things, but not compulsively on their phone! We have some ADHD in the household, so youre either knowledgeable about that already or youre interested to learn. You are an energetic self-starter who can prioritize a to-do list, maintain a calendar, communicate openly, and pivot when life throws a curveball. For our afternoon person, we'd ideally build in some kid-free time for you to run errands, organize, meal prep, etc. - [Fall '25] (M-F approx 7am-815am, and/or M-F afternoon/eve family assistant, times TBD.
