This is a unique and meaningful opportunity to build a supportive relationship and help her grow in confidence, independence, and life skills. Duties Include: -Providing positive reinforcement and encouragement -Assisting with daily routines -Supporting social skills in natural, fun ways -Helping with outings, light activities, or hobbies she enjoys -Being a steady, calm, and understanding presence Ideal Candidate: -Experience with neurodivergent children or teens (or willingness to learn) -Okay working in a hectic, sometimes noisy environment -Reliable and trustworthy -Creative and open-minded -Comfortable with dogs and cats
