Seeking a dependable backup babysitter for my energetic 4-year-old daughter from May through August. We have a full-time sitter, but need someone flexible and available on short notice (same-day or next-day) when she's unavailable. We work from home, so a parent is usually onsite, but we need someone who can take full lead on care during the day. Duties include engaging indoor/outdoor play, serving lunch, and assisting with bathroom needs (she's fully potty-trained). She's very active and loves to be entertained. Ideal for someone who's flexible, upbeat, and experienced with preschoolers. CPR/first aid a plus.
