About the job

We are actively seeking a part-time caretaker for our 1 child in Vernon Hills. My son is an autistic teenager, so we need someone who has experience with older kids and preferably someone who is comfortable with special needs. The candidate will wait for the transportation to drop off our son at home in Vernon Hills after school in the afternoon and will care for him until his mom gets home from work. This is a great opportunity for someone who is in behavioral health studies or wants to learn about special needs especially autism. We need someone who can care for our son at least 4 days during the work week. Our current sitter will be leaving the first week of August. We are looking for someone who can start 2x a week until our current sitter leaves for school. Then it's 4x a week
