l am seeking a caring and energetic nanny to provide attentive care for my 4-year-old child while I work from home. They love reading books, playing with dinosaurs, doing crafts, and engaging in active games. I am looking for someone who can foster their curiosity and creativity through play and learning, all without the use of screens. Light housekeeping duties, such as organizing toys, putting their clothes away, loading/unloading dishwasher, sweeping/ vacuuming. Provide attentive, warm, and respectful care using gentle parenting techniques. Plan/engage in age-appropriate, screen-free activities to foster creativity, curiosity, and independence. Support emotional regulation and model positive communication. Knowledge of or willingness to learn and practice gentle parenting. Familiarity with Montessori/Waldorf principles is a plus!!
