We are looking for a full-time, nurturing nanny in the Inverness/Palatine area to care for our 8-month-old son. The role involves providing safe, loving, and attentive care while fostering his growth through engaging, age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, emotional, and physical development, such as reading, music, language building, sensory play, and social interaction. Responsibilities include preparing and feeding bottles and meals/snacks, managing diapering, and maintaining a consistent nap schedule. Light baby-related housekeeping (bottle cleaning, toy tidying, laundry) is expected. Strong, open communication with parents is essential, including tracking routines and sharing updates. We're looking for someone observant, proactive, and passionate about early childhood development.
