About the job

We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 AuDHD 14-year-old child in Homer. We would prefer someone who could help out with light meal prep. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. We are also a family with immune illnesses, so vaccination is preferred. This is a respite care position. For the summer the limits are 10 hours a week, and during the school year are 8 hours a week. Primarily, care would be needed so that I can go to therapy once a week, occasionally go to the gym, and occasionally go out recreationally without bringing him along. Care would take place in our home, and my parents may or may not be present, but they are too old to care for my son alone. He does have behavior struggles that can be discussed.
