You should enjoy talking with young children and encouraging their development through daily interaction. Walks to the park and library are encouraged. We value someone who uses gentle redirection when needed and brings a calm, easygoing energy. No need to cook, clean, drive, or handle naps just keep toys tidy before you leave.
