About the job

We're looking for someone who can be firm but kind, helping to build trust and respect. Our kids are pretty smart and love to push boundaries, so setting clear rules is important. Our girls, ages 9 and 4, like to argue over just about anything, but they do love each other. Our 2-year-old son mostly keeps to himself when it comes to his sisters. Our 9-year-old is with us every other week, as we share custody with her dad. We also have two big, sweet dogs. We're hoping for a loving person who can feel like part of our family.
