Nothing fancy needed, just a kind person who is reliable and trustworthy. One of the parents is on immunosuppressants, so wed ask that you wear a mask when inside our house. Wed give you some paid sick days as well, so that you can stay home if sick without missing pay (tbd). Core duties would include some tutoring/learning activities, some basic housekeeping chores, and some time where you do what you want (eg read/watch something) while being a present and responsible adult.
