Their child is energetic, curious, and thrives with structure and patience. Both parents work and value a dependable caregiver who can help establish a smooth morning routine. Position Details Location: Kailua, HI Start Date: June 02, 2025 - July 18, 2025 Schedule: Mornings: Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. (7. 5 hours per week) Commitment: Long-term placement preferred Responsibilities Assist with morning routines, including dressing, breakfast, and school drop-off Provide a structured, calm environment to help the child start their day successfully Engage with the child in a positive and patient manner, considering their needs Light tidying related to childcare (breakfast cleanup, organizing school items) Ideal Candidate Experience: At least 3 years of professional childcare experience Special Needs Understanding: Experience with special needs preferred Reliable & Punctual: Can ensure consistency for morning routines Patient & Organized: Can create structure and help with transitions Local to Oahu: Must currently reside on the island Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $25/hour Guaranteed Payroll & Benefits: W2 employment with tax withholding Workers' compensation Unemployment benefits Expense reimbursement How to Apply If you are a kind, dependable nanny looking for a meaningful role with a wonderful family, we'd love to hear from you!
