About the job

I need someone who can give me time off from 24/7 caregiving for a 5-month-old and a 2. 5-year-old. They don't get screen time at home (the toddler gets 30 minutes of educational videos with his grandfather and that's the hard limit). Both boys prefer to be outside. Their caregiver needs to be kind, gentle, and able to enforce boundaries without causing harm (no corporal punishment). We use brief time outs for the toddler and absolutely nothing for the baby, because he's a baby. I make most of our meals from scratch and the toddler is involved in the process, and the baby by dint of being worn in the carrier. Our approach to family life is one of mutual aid (the toddler "does" laundry instead of "helping" with it). Must be certified in infant choking rescue and CPR, first aid
