Were looking for a confident, experienced nanny for our bright, curious toddler. Hes ahead of his age and needs advanced, engaging activities beyond traditional learning. You must be outspoken, energetic, and never shy clear communication and constant engagement are key. The right fit will design and enforce structured lesson plans, teach emotions, polite speech, potty training, and adapt activities to his behavior and interests. We follow a strict daily schedule that must be maintained while ensuring each activity is fun, educational, and challenging. You should be creative, ask questions, and bring fresh ideas to keep him stimulated and growing. Light housekeeping and being pet-friendly are preferred. We're looking for a partner in our child's development not just a babysitter.
