About the job

Looking for a part time nanny/sitter for our special needs daughter. It will be a permanent position, however days/times may vary and can be worked out in real time. If you like a firm schedule, we can do that as well. Everything is negotiable. We just need someone reliable that can keep her safe when we need to be away. Her needs are more than your average 10-year-old, given her issues. But she is also easy in a way, and doesnt require much. There is an incontinence issue, so diaper changing is a must. She's nonverbal, and needs assistance with eating. She does not have any behavior issues, and is overall very sweet and silly. The job will mostly entail just keeping her safe, fed and watered, clean and changed. We would start with short time periods, but would eventually like to get to a point of longer periods and perhaps overnights.
