About the job

My son recently had tube surgery and has only been able to hear properly 3 weeks ago, he hasn't said any words yet! He sees a speech and developmental therapist once a week for an hour each! Due to not being able to communicate, he gets frustrated and got kicked out of daycare for biting and pulling hair. He is very sweet and is the best boy 1:1. He hasn't learnt how to play with other kids or share which is why he was problematic at daycare. Husband is a firefighter and his schedule alternates weekly 24 hrs on 48hrs off therefore the days needed change weekly but can give you a months notice of these days needed.
