About the job

Our girls are loving, fun and a joy to be around. Our 5-year-old was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome. She is developmentally behind on her milestones (she learned how to walk at 3 years old, and uses alternate communication as she is non-verbal). We have a team of nannies who started without experience, but were trained. We are looking for an energetic, patient, creative, experienced nanny to join us. We desire someone who takes initiative and steps in as needed. We want someone punctual/detail-oriented. Were seeking someone who will collaborate/communicate with us on our children's needs. We need an understanding or willingness to learn how to help with development by engaging in PT/OT/Speech activities. Consistent Nanny experience with a family for at least 1 year is preferred.
