Looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our 5-month-old in West Kendall. I work from home and need someone to take full charge with energy and attentiveness. We're raising our baby screen-free and are intentional about fostering development. Ideal fit is someone who engages meaningfully, supports independent play, follows a simple routine (naps, feeding, tummy time, books, songs), and welcomes feedback. Must be proactive, gentle, and respectful of our parenting style. Duties include diapering, baby meals, laundry, tidying baby areas, and light household help.
