The Director will support planning, scheduling, directing, and coordinating all phases of operations, complying with regulating government agencies and Top Tier Kids Academy's policies and procedures. Top Tier Kids Academy creates enriching early education and quality childcare experiences for children ages eight weeks through 4 years. We are seeking a professional entry level or experienced Director who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children every day. Your excitement and expertise will make a difference! Qualifications Original and current Director's Credential First Aid/CPR certification If previously worked in childcare, state-mandated annual in-service training hours must be up-to-date. Reliable transportation Work Environment Must be able to adapt to a continuously changing, fast-paced environment and make the children's needs the primary focus. Must be an educator. Top Tier Kids Academy is a School Readiness Provider and prides itself on teaching and educating children preparing them for the next stage in their lives. Must be able to fully engage in physical activity including lifting up to 50lbs. Must be able to kneel, squat, stoop, crawl, lift, push, and pull. Must be able to engage in activities including but limited to jumping, dancing, running, walking, hopping, and skipping. Required Experience: Childcare: 3 years DCF Directors Credential Level I
