Nanny For Baby, Varying Schedule, Part Time To Full Time

I am looking for an experienced, hard working and professional nanny for 1 baby. I can be flexible on the start date. The schedule will vary each day and will sometimes include weekends. I am generally looking for around 4 to 6 hours, but there will be longer days as necessary for events/plans. This will be discussed in advance. We do not have local family so we need to find someone we trust who can be like family. My baby is larger so someone who is strong and stable on their feet is required. We also have 2 large dogs and prefer a nanny who can also pet sit when we are away. Someone who is willing to travel and do overnights on occasion is preferred. Housekeeping/laundry as necessary. Clean meal prepping is a plus. This could be a part time but may also turn into full time depending on your needs and how things go.
