Were seeking someone warm, experienced with infants, and confident in maintaining routines (naps, feeding, play). Bonus if you love reading and early learning! Our ideal caregiver is emotionally attuned, speaks gently, respects feelings, and creates a calm rhythm to the day. You'd also help with light household tasks: tidying play areas and keeping things clean. We value a loving, respectful environment not control, but guidance.
