About the job

We are looking for a nanny for our 3-month-old twins in West Hartford to help take care of the twins while I get ready and go to work and my wife gets a few hours of sleep. This time period usually involves 2-3 bottle feeds, playtime, and helping the twins go to sleep for naps in their cribs. We would prefer a nanny who has reliable transportation, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with dogs and cats (we have 2 cats and 2 dogs), who is CPR certified and who has experience working with twins/multiples. We are looking for someone who is experienced and able to remain calm when babies get fussy and loud (able to tolerate an hour of two babies screaming). We will request multiple references from previous families you worked with. We are a two-mom family and would value a nanny who is supportive of many different family structures.
