A growing family in West Hartford is currently seeking a fabulous, infant and toddler experienced, full-time nanny for their family - starting this July! They currently have a 14-month-old and are expecting a baby mid-July! The first three months will be mostly with the toddler, and then in the fall when mom goes back to work, the nanny will have full care of both children! They are looking for someone seasoned, with considerable infant and sibling experience in a nanny setting. This is a long-term position only! Schedule: Mon - Thu 8:00 a.m. - 4:30pm, and Friday 8:30/9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Start date: Ideally beginning of July before the baby is born, but flexible to start a little earlier or later Compensation: $28+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Guaranteed hours, 2+ weeks of PTO, and paid holidays Qualifications: Must have 5+ years of full-time nanny experience (reflected on resume) with excellent prior employer references Must be first aid/CPR certified (or willing to renew if expired) Must be 21+ years of age Clean background check and driving history Great written and verbal communication skills Legal to work in the U.
