We're a busy family of five seeking a proactive, organized, and nurturing Family Manager to help us balance the wonderful chaos of three young children (ages 7, 5, and 12 months). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic home environment, enjoys supporting both kids and parents, and can help keep our household running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: >Keep common areas and kids' spaces tidy >Support with school pick-ups and transportation to extracurricular activities >Assist with kids' homework and projects >Help plan and prep for parties / events >Occasional national and international travel with our family (optional but a plus!) >Help run errands >Light meal prep or cooking (or watch the youngest while mom cooks) >Support occasional date nights by helping with bedtime (later start to the day)
