About the job

The kids love to be outside, arts and crafts, games, cooking, etc. Our older three children are home schooled so they will have independent work to do but I will do all of their education before and after work. We have one that is still potty training, but she should have it figured out before June. They will typically ask for what they need outside of typical babysitting duties. We're looking for someone that has strong dedication, compassion, patience, and flexibility. We need someone that is going to show up when they're supposed to and someone with the want to be present. Our family includes two older large goofy pups that do a lot lounging around.
