Seeking a nurturing, reliable nanny for our now 8-month-old and 2. 5-year-old in Colorado Springs. Guaranteed 27 hours a week with opportunity for more hours. Flexible but need 5 hours/day between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. M-F. We value gentle parenting and Montessori-inspired approaches and love outdoor play. We are a no screen time family. The ideal candidate is warm, compassionate, engaged, patient, and enjoys encouraging learning through exploration. Value someone that is punctual, reliable, organized, tidy, and manages daily routines with kindness and structure. Responsibilities include caring for and engaging with the kids, preparing and cleaning up meals/snacks, tidying play areas, and handling kids laundry as time allows. Must be comfortable with our friendly dog. Infant and toddler experience required. CPR/First Aid certified.
