About the job

I am mostly home with my kids, but I like to have a little extra help as well. My 11-year-old daughter is a lot of fun, very creative, spunky. She also is very impacted by her ADHD and anxiety so she struggles with transitions and has a lot of sensory sensitivies. We are looking for someone who is knowledgable and compassionate when caring for a neurodivergent kiddo, someone who is open to hearing about what has worked for our unique family, and who is fun, energetic, active, kind, and creative to help support our family's somewhat unique needs. I also have a 14-year-old daughter who is not in need of any care and is super independent.
