We are looking for a candidate experienced with newborns (ideally twins), confident in managing multiple young children, and approaches caregiving with love, patience, and professionalism. Someone calm under pressure, dependable, and flexible to adapt to the flow of life with infants and a toddler. Must be attentive to developmental milestones and comfortable following a gentle routine, supporting feeding, napping, and soothing. Must be comfortable working alongside parents or independently. Someone with a very high attention to detail.
