Offering up a great job for someone looking for something more flexible and part -time. My son is 11 and we are looking to transition away from having au pairs. He will be starting Borel middle school in August, and our current au pair leaves in the end of August. I share 50/50 custody (week on week off), so every other week, care is not needed. The responsibilities include pick up from school, taking him to his practices, and making sure he eats. I work one 12 hour shift per week, so on those nights, the coverage is until 8 p.m. I am a nurse and professor, so my schedule changes (slightly) about every 8 weeks.
