Key Responsibilities: Infant Care: Feeding (bottle-feeding expressed milk/formula, preparing and feeding solids as per our guidance). Diapering and maintaining good hygiene. Following and helping to maintain established nap schedules. Dressing the baby appropriately for activities and weather. Engagement & Development: Planning and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities (e. g., tummy time, reading, singing, playing with toys, sensory play). Taking the baby for walks (stroller, weather permitting). Encouraging milestones (e. g., sitting, crawling, babbling). Safety & Well-being: Ensuring a safe play and sleep environment at all times. Monitoring the baby for any signs of illness or discomfort and communicating with parents promptly.
