Were looking for a kind, reliable, and energetic nanny to support our amazing 11-year-old son. He is autistic and communicates in his own unique ways, so were hoping to find someone who is patient, attentive, and open to learning. While experience working with children with special needs is preferred, its not required. The most important thing is that you are caring and patient. Nolan is a very active and playful child who loves outings to the playground, beach, and zoo. He is also very fast, so were looking for someone who can keep up and enjoys being on the move.
