About the job

We are a warm and welcoming family in San Diego looking for an experienced Mothers Helper or Family Assistant to support our household and help care for our two children: a sweet 5-year-old boy who attends school full-time and a happy 5-month-old baby girl. Both parents work from homeDad in a dedicated home office (mostly unavailable for childcare), and Mom balancing baby care, meetings, and errands throughout the day. We're looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and enjoys working in a dynamic family setting. Responsibilities: Help care for our infant when Mom is in meetings or stepping out (feeding with bottle if needed, soothing, diapering, playing, putting down for nap) Light housekeeping during baby's naps: tidying up toys, kids laundry, washing bottles, kids' breakfast dishes. 7 a.m. start before school drop
