Hello, My wife and I are looking for a part time nanny for our 2-year-old son that will include morning daycare dropoff and weekend coverage. On the days we both work (5-10 days/month), we are looking for morning coverage before daycare on weekdays, and coverage all day on weekends. Weekdays: 6:15 a.m. - daycare dropoff. (daycare opens at 7 a. m) We're willing to guarantee pay for a minumum of 2 hours for the morning dropoffs, even if the actual time it takes is less than that. Weekends: Hours will vary depending on what shifts we are working, typically either 6:15 a.m. - 5 p.m. or 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Our schedules will vary week to week depending on our work schedule, but we know our schedules well in advance to make planning easier (for example, we got our schedule for Jul/Aug/Sept in May.) Total hours will be around 25 - 45 hours/month.
