Full-time Nanny Needed for Infant and Toddler Web Job #: 10535 Location: Palo Alto, California. Family may move to Atherton, California later this year. Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm, plus occasional overtime and overnights. Children: 7 month and 2-year-olds. Duties: Childcare, driving children, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, assisting with infant's feeding and sleeping schedule, planning and engaging in age-appropriate educational activities, encouraging language development and interactive play, supporting fine and gross motor skill development through creative and physical activities, assisting with potty training for toddler, preparing healthy meals and snacks, keeping all child-related areas clean and organized, sterilizing toys and maintaining hygiene practices, and providing regular updates and pictures to parents throughout the day. Traveling with family domestically and internationally and providing overnight care for the children in the family's home are also required in this position. Requirements: Ideal Candidate is loving, responsible, and trustworthy. A Candidate who has experience traveling with families and providing overnight care is preferred. Candidate who speaks fluent English and Portuguese is preferred. Candidate must be comfortable teaming with another Nanny, and comfortable with parents working from home and with a small dog. Candidate must swim, must drive, and and must have access to a vehicle for use on the job. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain up-to-date vaccinations including COVID, MMR, Tdap, and flu vaccinations. Salary: $40-$45 per hour. Benefits: This position offers paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, 52 weeks guaranteed pay, $300 monthly medical stipend, and mileage reimbursement. The family will use a payroll service. Additionally, this position is live-in or live-out. Pet Details: 10-year-old Pomeranian dog.
