We’re a loving, down to earth family with two young kids a toddler and a newborn. Our home is warm, structured, and filled with laughter. We value communication, kindness, and consistency, and we’re looking for someone who will truly become part of the family. A few things to know: We keep a consistent routine for our toddler who thrives on structure. We believe in gentle, respectful parenting and use positive reinforcement. We speak both English and Spanish at home and encourage language development. We’re big on safety, especially since we have a newborn hand washing and clean habits are essential. Our ideal caregiver is nurturing, patient, and able to take initiative.
