About the job

We are looking for a caregiver experienced with infant/toddler aged children. Mom works from home and dad works out of the home, so mom needs support during the overlap when dad is working at the same time. She has no unusual needs, just a caregiver who will help entertain her with toys, books, games, songs. Since she is growing and changing every day, we need a caregiver who is familiar with developmental milestones and who will help with learning new words or baby signs versus just plopping her in front of the TV. She may need a snack/age-appropriate meal or bottle warmed, may need help going down for a nap, etc. It would be ideal if the caregiver can help clean up a bit after her (no major deep cleaning, just day-to-day stuff). We have a large, friendly dog and a cat who the caregiver should be comfortable supervising baby around.
