We're hoping for a punctual, respectful, tidy nanny who can truly bring out the best in our kids *PART-TIME* hours around 20-25 hours per week! Energy and attitude are everything; We want everyone to have fun and be able to be themselves! Our eldest enjoys creating things with blocks, drawing, and LOVES to learn and absorb new info about pretty much any topic. Our girl loves Barbie's, dolls, and especially playing with my makeup! Our little one just started crawling so he's just trying to keep up with his siblings! We try to instill routine and manners early on to help with the morning and evening chaos and our kids enjoy the independence but still need guidance, of course! We don't have a lot of rules in our house; but a main one that we do have is respect! We respect each other and respect our living spaces, toys, etc.
