We're looking for a reliable, patient, and nurturing caregiver for my 1-year-old daughter. Its important that youre safety-conscious, fun, and flexible, as I work nights and occasionally travel for work. I would love someone who: Can travel with us when needed (locally and out of town) Feels comfortable with overnight shifts Is open to supporting Spanish and ASL learning (Ill provide flashcards) Can prepare healthy, simple meals and snacks similar to how I cook at home Offers gentle discipline, emotional attunement, and respects a toddlers rhythm Enjoys engaging in reading, singing, outdoor walks, and sensory play Is CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) Bonus if you have experience with: Gentle or conscious parenting styles Solo travel with a child Toddler enrichment and developmental
