About the job

I am a teacher who works from home, and I'm looking for someone very special to join our family as a long-term nanny and mother's helper. I'm also a single mom of three amazing kids (ages 5, 3, and 2), and I need support with the kids during the morning and early afternoon so I can focus on teaching and daily responsibilities. I am looking for: - Someone who truly LOVES kids - Kind, patient, and nurturing - Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy - Energetic and comfortable playing outdoors with kids - Comfortable preparing and leading preschool-level activities (crafts, sensory play, etc.) - Open to supporting homeschool routines (I'll guide this!) - Someone I can count on and communicate with easily - Not someone who calls out often (unless truly needed) - Comfortable in a Christian, faith-friendly environment
